Thank you for supporting Floy Dexx Music. This Refund & Return Policy outlines how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled for purchases made through floydexxmusic.com.

Floy Dexx Music operates as an independent artist platform in association with Davavi Music and Davavi Media Group for administrative, technical, and e-commerce support.

All purchases are processed through WooCommerce and secure third-party payment providers.


2. Digital Products (Music & Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Music downloads

  • Digital albums or singles

  • Exclusive digital content

  • Pre-release or limited digital drops

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


3. Physical Merchandise

If you purchase physical merchandise (such as apparel or accessories), the following terms apply:

a) Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

b) Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Limited edition or custom items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly shipped

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method


6. Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary by payment provider

  • Shipping fees are not refunded


7. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment or digital delivery.
Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible.
